By agreeing to work with MAKO Training, Inc. and accepting our services, you agree to assume full responsibility for your health and well being and to notify MAKO Training, Inc. of any physical or other limitations. You also agree to hold harmless and release MAKO Training, Inc., its owners and its agents from all claims, damages, and/or liabilities that may arise as a result of working together.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please allow 24 hours advanced notice to receive a full refund or to apply your payment toward a future session. If cancellation cannot be made within 24 hours notice, please contact us and we will credit your account for 50% of your session fee.
PRIVACY POLICY
MAKO Training, Inc. will not disclose personal information to any outside parties without your consent, except when required to do so by law.
