MAKO Training offers an initial consultation for 90 minutes. In this session, we will review your injury and rehabilitation, discuss your general health goals, assess your fitness level and begin a preliminary session to start you on the road to full recovery.
After the initial consultation, you may continue your sessions on an individual basis at 60 minutes per visit or sign up for a package of 10 sessions at a discounted rate. All rates may be subject to a fuel surcharge for any in-home or on-site visits and will be based on location and current fuel prices. Please contact us to schedule an appointment.
MAKO Training is available seven days per week with flexible hours to meet your busy schedule.
